Deputy Director, Black Sea Region
Ms. Johanna Popjanevski
is Deputy Director for the Center’s
Black Sea activities. Her specialization
is in minority protection and security
issues in the South Caucasus region, primarily
in Georgia. She holds an LL.M. degree from
Lund University in cooperation with the
Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights
and Humanitarian Law.
