Central Asia-Caucasus Institute & Silk Road Studies Program Joint Center (Department of Eurasian Studies, Uppsala University, and Johns Hopkins University-SAIS), in cooperation with the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Location:
Rosenbad Government Conference Hall, Drottninggatan, Stockholm.

Objective:
The Conference seeks to broaden the discussion on Turkey following the beginning of Turkish negotiations for EU membership by focusing on Turkey's role in the changing security landscape of an expanding Europe. The conference brings together renowned Turkish experts. Please click on the Program link to the right for the preliminary conference program.
