The Silk Road Forum
Forum Coordinator:
Johan Engvall
The Silk Road Forum, held in Uppsala and Stockholm, is a Forum for rigorous discussion of issues pertaining to the Silk Road region.
The purposes of the forum are:
To keep the Silk Road region in the attention of the European foreign policy elite.
To make steadily available the fruits of the latest and most authoritative research and analyses on conditions in this region.
To alert all those interested in the region to questions that are important but neglected in the public debate.
To give visiting officials and experts from the Silk Road countries an opportunity to present their views to a wider audience than might otherwise available to them.
