The Central Asia-Caucasus Institute is proud to announce the publication of the first comprehensive study of Russia’s 2008 war in Georgia with contributions by multiple authors who analyze in it the gleaned evidence on pre-war preparations, the course of combat, and consequences of the war. Join us for a book presentation and discussion of these findings. Speakers include former Putin advisor and chapter contributor, Dr.  Andrei Illarionov and Dr. Svante Cornell, co-editor of the book.
